Donald is dressed as Uncle Sam and is wearing a red & white striped hat with a blue brim, blue suit jacket, red bowtie. The red on Donald's outfit is sparkle/glitter paint. Donald is angry at Chip and Dale who are laughing next to a box of fireworks. Donald's tail is missing some feathers and there is a puff of smoke above him. Behind them is a blue sky with fireworks.
