Policies

Payment is due at the end of the auction and we allow three days for that payment before we file a non-payment status with eBay.  At that time we will again be offering the item for auction.

We only accept PayPal payment and find this to be the best method for both parties.

With “free shipping” transactions when there are returns we will take the shipping we paid from the refund.  If the return is because of our error that will not apply.

Please allow slight color difference between items and photos due to different lighting and different monitors.

All hair products come from a family owned salon.

There is a 20% re-stocking fee.
We sell a lot of surplus health & beauty and health care products however; they are not defective. Some boxes have damage, but for that tear or crinkled box top, you get a good discount off retail.  They are pulled from store shelves because they may not have “shelf appearance”, not because of expired dates. All the products ARE FRESH unless stated, and may have closeout stickers, prices marked on the boxes or taped closed. All products have been inspected and are unused, We stsell only quality products for less than retail prices.
If there is a return, shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility.   Also, when we ship free to get the item to you, if you choose to return the item that amount will be subtracted from the amount returned.  That will not apply when the return is due to an error on our part.
Our goal is to make sure that anyone that purchases an item from us is happy with their purchase.  EBay has a lot of police important to our success with Ebay.  If a buyer uses the words “not as described” Ebay uses that against our rating and it can affect the fees we pay.  We try to be very accurate with our descriptions but may see something different than a buyer.  If that is the case please contact us before using “not as described” in your feedback and we will work with you.  Also please contact us before you open a case and we will make it so you won’t need to do that.  Ebay has good policies to protect the buyers and, as a buyer, I would want these used with my purchases.
