Flange Kit - "V" Drive Conversion Kit for Velvet Drive 71, 1004 72 1005 Series "V" Drive.
If your current seal holder is held on with hex head bolts, then you have the old style coupling. This coupling has a very thin surface area that contacts the bearing behind it and the bearing would slip on the coupling causing it to become loose.
This kit gives you a new seal housing with a bigger seal and a thicker coupling to make much more contact with the bearing which allows it to stay tight.
Includes all Hardware gaskets and a new coupling nut as well!
No shimming or special tools required to install!Converts the old style coupling to the newer thick coupling on 1004 1005 V-Drive Transmission.
