Runi II has beautiful grey/green mottled eyes.
Her waist-length red human hair is styled into two braids tied with red ribbons.
Under her long-sleeved crimson colored hooded jacket she is wearing a short-sleeved, white blouse with a colorful flower pattern, along with pale blue leggings and a cute miniskirt made of denim.
Her sporty dark-grey leather trainers sport the initials AH, which are sewn onto the upper material.
The Annette Himstedt signature is engraved in gold on the sole of the shoes.
Runi II is wearing blue-grey hand-knitted cotton socks.
She is wearing a year bracelet made of red taffeta with the Annette Himstedt logo and the year of the doll's manufacture (2000).
